Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern FINGER RUSH (“the Service”). By playing, connecting a wallet, or sending JPYC, you agree to these Terms.
2. Play fee (JPYC)
Production play requires sending the displayed amount (generally 100 JPYC) from your wallet to the designated treasury address. The transfer is on-chain and does not go through an application server. Network fees are your responsibility.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Forging payments, tampering with verification, cheating, or unauthorized access
- Phishing or stealing wallets / private keys
- Attacking the Service or related contracts
- Any unlawful use
Even for ~100 JPY, circumvention or fraud may be a criminal offense. “It’s only 100 yen” is not a defense.
4. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for chain delays, wallet issues, RPC outages, token price changes, or user mistakes. The Service is provided as-is.
5. Intellectual property
Content in the Service belongs to the operator or rightful owners.
6. Changes
These Terms may be updated by posting on this page.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
